Q: Do you only publish your slide-lists on your Web Site now ?
A: Yes, we're now focusing on this quick media to publish our new slides.
If you have email, but can not access www, then we will be happy to email our new list to you.

Q: Do you sell Fuji slides ?
A: ALL slides are shot on KODACHROME film. Since Kodak discontinued Kodachrome 25, we have to settle with Kodachrome64.
If there is an exception it will be clearly marked on the list!

Q: Are all slides shot with 50mm ?
A: Yes, all slides are shot with a 50mm lens, or a very good zoom at 50mm.

Q: When is your next list released ?
A: We release new slides AS SOON AS WE GET THEM! So, visit our website daily so you don't miss out. To be on the safe side: Subscribe to the Viking Newsletter, and we'll mail you each time we release new slides! You can find the subscription form on our frontpage.

Q: How do I order ?
A: Simply use our Online-Order Form, and submit it. Using your credit card, your order leaves usually within 48 hours.

Q: How do I pay for my order ?
A: We accept Credit cards (VISA / MASTERCARD), PayPal, Cash payment. See 'Order Info' for exact details.

A: We accept VISA and MASTERCARDS.

Q: What do I need to best view your website ?
A: Our website is designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer, but can be viewed with most new browsers. To be able to
see it like we planned, you should set your desktop to a 1024*768 resolution and more than 256 colours.
We strongly suggest you enable javascripts on your browser. Without it, you won't be able to see the pictures of the slides.

Q: If I order slides today, when do I have them ?
A: We process your order quickly and you should have them after a week if you live in Europe. Rest of the world can expect the slides after 10-14 days.

Q: If I'm not happy with a slide, can I return it and get a refund ?
A: ONLY if the slides has a damage that we missed in our hard checks. Or if the quality isn't what we claim. In that case, contact us and we'll help you in any way we can.
We only have a limited number of slides, so we can't always replace it with another one. We carefully pack all order to avoid postal damage!
We do NOT accept returned slides with no reason attached to it.
